Your initial appointment at Queen City Endodontics will consist of a consultation, explaining your diagnosis and treatment options.  During the consultation visit, we will review and discuss your chief complaint, medical history, past dental history and dental phobia (if any). In addition, a radiographic exam and pulp vitality tests will be performed to determine the health of the tooth, including the nerve and surrounding bone. We will take any necessary x-rays to aid in proper diagnosis. Even though you may bring your own set of x-rays, it is sometimes necessary to take additional x-rays or even a 3D scan.

Whenever possible, treatment is performed on the same day as your consultation. However, there are a few procedures that require the consultation and treatment appointments to be on separate days.

Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:

-Your referral slip and any X-rays if applicable.

-A list of medications you are presently taking.

-If you have medical or dental insurance, bring the necessary insurance information and card. This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims.

IMPORTANT:  All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
