Dr. Casey Giarrano

Board Eligible Endodontist

Dr. Casey Giarrano was born and raised in Canandaigua, New York. After graduating from Canandaigua Academy, she attended Canisius College, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2015 while competing as a Division I women’s lacrosse player.

Outside the office, Dr. Giarrano enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, Jake, Joey and Vito and their Greater Swiss Mountain Dog, Griffin. A devoted Buffalo Bills fan, she also enjoys cooking, running and traveling.

Dr. Giarrano earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2019. She graduated with Honors in Clinical Dentistry and was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) National Dental Honor Society.

Following dental school, Dr. Giarrano completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency. During her training, she received the Thomas J. Feidt Award, recognizing Western New York students who demonstrate exceptional achievement in their programs.

After five years of practicing general dentistry in the Buffalo area, Dr. Giarrano pursued her long-standing passion for endodontics. She completed her endodontic residency at the University at Buffalo in 2026, where she served as Chief Resident. 

Dr. Giarrano is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a comfortable and supportive environment. She takes pride in helping patients preserve their natural teeth, alleviate pain, and achieve long-term oral health through the highest standard of endodontic treatment.

She is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists, the American Board of Endodontics, the New York State Association of Endodontists, the Eighth District Dental Society, the New York State Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.
